Manufacturing Supervisor Required

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Supervisor to oversee and maintain copper work on induction furnaces and inductor coils. The ideal candidate will have expertise in brazing, forming, and bench-fitting and be capable of handling both practical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and repair copper work on induction furnaces and inductor coils.
2. Perform brazing, forming, and bench-fitting tasks as required.
3. Supervise and ensure the quality of work within the department.
4. Complete administrative duties, including booking information and updating spreadsheets.
5. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
6. Work closely with team members to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in brazing, forming, and bench-fitting.
2. Knowledge of induction furnace maintenance is preferred.
3. Competence in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
4. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
