About Your New Job

• As Manufacturing Supervisor, your job will be to manage a team of production operatives in a GMP environment.
• Supervising all aspects of manufacturing to ensure products are made to a high standard.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.
• Working effectively within a GMP environment to ensure a high-quality output from your team.
• Looking for opportunities to improve the performance of the company’s production department through your supervision and support.

What Skills You Need

• For this Manufacturing Supervisor job you will have leadership experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will also have a relevant technical qualification (or equivalent years of experience).
• You will also have the capacity to work shift cycles that include night shifts.
