Job Description Summary

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production schedules (within Internal Manufacturing departments and (limited) from external Suppliers (limited).

Plan and schedule material / production needs. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Refine, Define and help the team to executes standard operational / technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP master planning (factory wise) in terms of Production Planning, processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and coordinate the weekly MPS Capacity needsversus available.
  • Good knowledge of S&OP.
  • Forecast review and analysis, monitor and recommend actions to maintain key business objectives.
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  • Contribute as team member in the optimization of inventory (raw material, WIP and FG) and process improvements.
  • Good understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
  • Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Project based Interaction with Suppliers for Improvement activities ( on time delivery , logistics, communication, Inventory)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and may be required to lead within a team. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications:

  • This role requires relevant experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college certification with relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in ERP system, strong SAP knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheets.
