Job description
Overview

Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition. Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production schedules (within Internal Manufacturing departments and (limited) from external Suppliers (limited). Plan and schedule material / production needs. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Refine, Define and help the team to executes standard operational / technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage SAP master planning (factory wise) in terms of Production Planning, processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and coordinate the weekly MPS Capacity needs versus available.
  • Good knowledge of S&OP.
  • Forecast review and analysis, monitor and recommend actions to maintain key business objectives.
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  • Contribute as team member in the optimization of inventory (raw material, WIP and FG) and process improvements.
  • Good understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
  • Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Project based Interaction with Suppliers for Improvement activities ( on time delivery , logistics, communication, Inventory)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and may be required to lead within a team. Explains technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
  • This role requires relevant experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college certification with relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in ERP system, strong SAP knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Desired Characteristics
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheets.
