Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Cell Coordinator in Clevedon to coordinate SAP activities and manage deviations within the manufacturing cell. The role supports smooth daily operations with AM/PM shifts and an immediate start.

You will work with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Engineering to ensure accurate, efficient manufacturing, issue SAP transactions, and help maintain quality and delivery KPIs.

Qualifications

• SAP knowledge required to coordinate SAP activities.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Release manufacturing orders in line with the master schedule.
• Process and transact completed manufacturing orders.
• Process material rejects and scrap.
• Make material changes to manufacturing orders.
• Process code conversions.
• Log, retrieve and supply material shortages.
• Liaise with Procurement on material availability.
• Support Team Leaders with planning and resource allocation.
• Print manufacturing documentation as required.
• Accurately complete SAP transactions and production documentation.
