My client based near Kidderminster is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Sales Executive on a Permanent basis.

You will be a key member of the sales team, building relationships with existing and new customers, producing quotes in a professional and efficient manner.

The main responsibilities associated with this role include:

1. Process customer orders
2. Deal with inquiries over the phone, email, and sometimes in person (client visits)
3. Produce quotes in a timely manner and follow up appropriately
4. Provide product information to clients in a clear and professional manner
5. Keep customer updated on order status
6. Maintain accurate records at all times
7. Explore new business opportunities

As a suitable candidate, you will offer the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within Manufacturing
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D, and 3D
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to connect with people at all levels of business
• Good numerical skills
• Strong negotiating skills with an ability to overcome objections
