Medical Engineers are hiring on behalf of my client, a rapidly growing orthopaedic manufacturer a Project Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on a six month contract to support the company to bring innovative implants to the market.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong mechanical engineering background and a passion for continuous improvement in a regulated, hands-on manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Improving manufacturing processes & reducing defects

Supporting new product introduction

Programming and operating CNC machines (Alpha CAM)

Driving Lean and GMP best practices (Kaizen, PFMEA, VSM)

Working under ISO 13485 standards

What we’re looking for:

3+ years in a manufacturing or engineering role

Experience with CAD/CAM (Alpha CAM), SolidWorks a plus

Familiarity with GMP & medical device manufacturing desirable
