A prestigious defence organisation based in Bolton seeks a dynamic Manufacturing Programme Manager to lead critical manufacturing projects. An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic programme manager to lead and manage business critical manufacturing programmes in a fast paced and complex manufacturing environment.
Job Title: Manufacturing Programme Manager
Salary: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Location: Bolton
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Being a key member of the manufacturing project management team you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams across multiple disciplines and deliver critical capabilities to our home nations and export partners.

As the Manufacturing Programme Manager you will be responsible for all projects within a specific product portfolio, predominantly managing series production projects while balancing additional development and in-service requirements within the portfolio. Balancing these requirements to meet the varying customer and stakeholder needs is critical for the success of the business.
