Role Overview:

• Coordinate production planning to ensure efficient warehousing and transport operations for key customers and third-party contracts.
• Support all aspects of production planning and administration, including sales orders, procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities across SAP systems.
• Maintain the daily production schedule to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational requirements.
• Ensure effective customer service through communication channels.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs.
• Control stock levels and costs effectively.
• Support product sampling, wastewater effluent testing, and PTO tank inspections.
• Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and quality requirements.

About You:

• Strong numeracy skills with excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP.
• Forklift license is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and able to prioritize tasks with high attention to detail.
• Customer-focused and a good team player.
