Your Skills / Background

Experience with SAP, production, planning, manufacturing, coordination, warehousing, and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate production planning to ensure smooth warehousing and transport operations for key customers and third-party contracts.
2. Support all aspects of production planning and administration for the Veolia contract, including sales orders, procurement, warehousing, and distribution across SAP systems.
3. Maintain the daily production schedule to meet customer demands.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational requirements.
5. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
6. Identify and recommend continuous improvements to reduce operating costs.
7. Manage stock and costs effectively.
8. Support waste water effluent testing and PTO tank inspections.
9. Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
10. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality procedures, GDP policies, and insurance requirements.

About You

Strong numeracy and statistical skills, excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP. Forklift license is desirable but not essential. Flexibility, attention to detail, customer focus, and teamwork are essential qualities.
