The Production Planning and Controls team:
The Production Planning and Controls team transforms customer requirements into production-ready tasks, ensuring seamless integration into a project schedule. In a fast-paced environment, the team proactively prepares resources-hours, materials, and services-for smooth execution. Using technical expertise and business systems, members optimise workflow and efficiency. With a large, collaborative team and direct reporting to the Planning Manager, the role offers career progression and the unique experience of working on board the ships, contributing to high-impact maritime operations.
