Job summary

Right Now Recruitment in Henfield is partnering with an established manufacturing business to recruit a Purchasing Coordinator. You will raise and manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and liaise with Production and Planning to ensure materials and components are available to meet customer deadlines.

You will source materials, obtain quotations, track deliveries, resolve supplier queries and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Buying, Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, engineering, construction or joinery environment would be advantageous.
• Experience raising and managing purchase orders.
• Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using an ERP, MRP or purchasing system would be advantageous.

• Raising and managing purchase orders for materials and production requirements.
• Sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from approved and new suppliers.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are available to meet production needs.
