Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive excellence in manufacturing through innovative engineering, improved processes and new technologies. You will lead projects from concept to implementation and design tooling to support production.

The role focuses on process validation, efficiency improvements, and energy‑efficient manufacturing practices while collaborating with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement and customers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• A Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Strong project engineering skills from concept through implementation.
• Experience designing tooling, jigs and fixtures with clear specs.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and repeatability.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, including NPI and process changes.
• Design tooling, jigs and fixtures with clear specifications for production.
• Validate processes to meet quality and production standards.
• Drive innovations in automation and fabrication techniques.
• Collaborate across Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement and suppliers.
• Provide technical documentation, training and knowledge sharing.
