Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a role based in Hixon, Staffordshire. The position offers a 4-day week (Mon-Thu) with Friday off, and clear progression toward Production Management as you shape your own responsibilities.

You will join a growing UK subcontract manufacturing environment, improving processes, developing jigs and fixtures, and supporting day-to-day production with autonomy and exposure to senior management.

Qualifications

• Design, modify and improve jigs, fixtures and manufacturing aids.
• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements; carry out root-cause analysis to solve recurring shop-floor problems.
• Produce and modify engineering drawings using CAD.
• Support practical manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide engineering support and guidance to production teams.
• Assist with machinery maintenance, servicing and external engineering support.

Responsibilities
