Manufacturing Process Engineer - Glamorgan - Up to £40,000 + Benefits - Ref 1905

I am currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Glamorgan. Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and is a worldwide leader in the design, development, and manufacture of highly intelligent products. It has a turnover of over £85m, employs 500 people, and is continuously evolving its legacy products while designing and developing new innovative products for the market.

To support their growth plans, they are looking to appoint another Manufacturing Process Engineer on a permanent basis.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Handle NPI/NPD projects
  • Focus on Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, and Cost Reduction
  • Process documentation, Kaizen activities, and value stream mapping
Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with Validation processes (Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ))
  • Data Analysis skills
  • LEAN methodologies (6 Sigma / Green Belt)
