General understanding of GD&T
Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
Familiarity with CNC programming
ISO or AS9100 quality systems
Experience with AS9102 inspection reports
Aerospace industry familiarity
Leadership or supervisory experience

What You’ll Do

  • Review customer orders and job requirements
  • Coordinate with Production, Estimating, and CAD teams
  • Schedule and distribute jobs daily
  • Work hands-on with operators during first-run jobs
  • Resolve quality and process issues quickly and effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost savings
  • Lead automation, tooling, and supplier collaboration projects
  • Evaluate actual vs. estimated production performance
  • Maintain and update production methods and job instructions

Experience

  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • General understanding of GD&T
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
  • Familiarity with CNC programming
  • ISO or AS9100 quality systems
  • Experience with AS9102 inspection reports
  • Aerospace industry familiarity
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
