Job summary

Cummins Inc in Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our assembly line. This 24-month temporary contract offers hands-on work on high horsepower natural gas and diesel engines, with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

You will work on a rotating shift pattern (Mornings: Mon–Fri, Afternoons: Mon–Thu + Fri), stay on-site, follow takt time, perform inspections, and participate in continuous improvement while upholding HSE standards.

Job description

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Assembly in Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom .

Working hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:

• Mornings: Monday to Friday

• Afternoons: Monday to Thursday , Friday

This role is a temporary contract for up to 24-months with the potential to become permanent dependent on performance and business needs.
