Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging and transport to the production area.
• Operate processing equipment per instructions and procedures.
• Monitor equipment to maintain run rates and process flow.
• Complete initial testing and release of products to ensure specifications.
• Check labels and packaging following rules.
• Package final products per quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
• Carry out duties from the Production Manager/Supervisor.
