Job summary

H.B. Fuller UK Manufacturing LTD is seeking a Production Operator to support the preparation of raw materials, operate processing equipment, and ensure products meet quality standards in a busy UK production facility.

No prior experience is required, but a high school diploma and willingness to work shifts are essential. Basic English and familiarity with MS Office are useful, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic educational degree or High school diploma.
• No prior experience required.
• Knowledge of common software programs (MS Office).
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations and quality procedures and instructions.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• 1 year experience in industrial environment (preferred).
• Understanding of basic English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging, report deviations, and note process start/finish.
• Operate processing equipment per instructions.
• Monitor equipment to maintain desired run rates.
• Test and release products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Check labels and packaging for correct labeling per rules.
• Package final products per instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping in the area and comply with EHS rules.
• Carry out duties as required by Production Manager/Supervisor
