Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is recruiting Production Operatives for our Crewkerne dairy site to join the Dairy production team. The role operates on a 0600-1800 shift, four days on, four days off, with training provided and potential pay increases after further training.

You will contribute to fast-paced production, helping prepare ingredients and package products, while maintaining high safety and hygiene standards. Commutable from nearby areas, with various benefits offered.

At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, we are looking for great people to join us as production operatives, making our great nutritious food.

We are looking at Production Operatives to join our Dairy team at Crewkerne, working 0600-1800 on a 4 days on 4 days off basis.

Our Crewkerne site is split into different departments, including Dairy production, making great dairy products, Fruit production, supplying our business with tasty fruit to go into our yogurt and our new Savoury production team, who make hearty soups..

You will be happy to work in a fast-paced production environment. Full training is provided, although if you have worked in food manufacturing before, that would be an advantage. There is scope to increase the hourly pay once further training has been completed.

Pay rates £30,750 P/A (£14.08 P/H)

Key Responsibilities Will Include
