Job description

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for Operatives with FLT Counterbalance license in Middlesbrough.

The Role

Your role as an Operative will be to support the Production department. This will be 30% FLT duties and 70% manual work, which is physically demanding.

Hours

Rotating on a fortnightly basis:

1. Week 1: 3 x 12-hour Day shifts
2. Week 2: 4 x 12-hour Night shifts

Pay is averaged to 42 hours per week – paid weekly.

£12.21 per hour for the first 42 hours, then time and a half for any additional hours completed.

Important Bits

1. Must hold a FLT Counterbalance license – recently refreshed in the last 3 years.
2. Be okay with physical and manual work.
3. Be flexible to work days and nights.
4. Can get to the Middlesbrough area for 7am.
5. Ideally have some experience with using power tools.
