ROLE: Manufacturing Operative - Extrusion
HOURS: Continental shifts 4 on, 4 off. 6pm - 6am
SALARY: £13.26 plus £2.00 per hour shift allowance and benefits

We are recruiting for additional Extrusion Operatives on Night shifts, working 4 on 4 off, on a fixed-term contract at our Clover Nook and Birchwood Sites in Somercotes, Alfreton.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and pack extrusion profile lines to specifications
• Package and load finished goods correctly
• Verify products meet visual, dimensional, and functional standards
• Ensure correct product marking and labeling
• Ensure all products comply with marking requirements
• Record production data accurately

Requirements:

• Experience in extrusion operations is advantageous
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Practical thinking skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-volume environment
• Experience working in a factory setting
• Ability to work long shifts on your feet
