Manufacturing Operative – (Job Ref: 25N/MONS) - Night shifts

We have exciting career opportunities for Manufacturing Operatives within our Liquid Dispense team.

Location: Randox Site 4, 44 Largy Road, Antrim, BT29 4RN.

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term with potential for permanence.

Working Hours / Shifts: Night shifts only (4 nights on, 4 nights off), 7pm-7am.

Payrate: £12.50/hour. Hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am are paid at £15.62/hour.

Role overview:

The main responsibility involves operating automated liquid dispensing and labelling lines. The successful candidate will be cross-trained across auto dispense, manual dispense, and labelling teams, with full training provided. The role aims to develop a varied skillset, including:

• Setting up and operating dispense/labelling lines following company procedures.
• Dispensing and labelling a range of diagnostic products.
• Maintaining relevant documentation.
• Routine maintenance of automated lines.
• Troubleshooting basic issues.
• Maintaining equipment and instruments associated with dispensing and labelling lines.

Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Candidate profile:

This role suits individuals with strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills, and relevant manufacturing experience.

Essential criteria:

• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Language.
• Valid right-to-work in the UK.

Desirable criteria:

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of automated dispense/labelling equipment.
• Good numerical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Quality Systems.
• Driving license.
