Balconette is hiring a Manufacturing Operative to join our production team at the Blindley Heath site in Surrey. You will support the manufacturing process, focusing on quality and efficiency. No prior experience required as full training will be provided.

A clean UK driving licence is required for occasional business travel. Key duties include operating machinery to cut, assemble and pack aluminium profiles, handling glass panels, packing accessories, helping with dispatch, and occasional site

Qualifications

• Evidence of GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
• Willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to cut, assemble and pack aluminium profile
• Pick, clean and pack glass panels
• Pick and pack product accessories to complete order
• Assist with dispatching orders
• Use powered vehicles, e.g. forklift
• Maintain stock levels
• Follow processes and Health & Safety
• Site work and installations across the UK
• Occasional travel for installations across the UK
