Manufacturing Operative – Sandwich, Kent

Salary: £28,100 p.a. + Generous overtime and benefits

Contract: Permanent – Full time, 4 on/4 off shifts 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00

Location: Sandwich

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment, assist with maintenance, carry out visual quality checks, and document machine data.
• Operate forklift, support junior staff, and contribute to continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Perform quality testing on manufactured compounds and communicate results to relevant teams.
