Manufacturing Operative
Location: Norwich
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (with increase after probation)

Select Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established production team in Norwich, specialising in high-quality UPVC windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricating premium brand UPVC windows and doors using appropriate machinery and tools
• Manufacturing frames, working in a loading, and unloading bay
• Maintaining high standards of product quality and contributing to factory productivity targets
• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures on site
• Taking part in continuous learning and development within the role

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 05:45 – 15:15, Friday 05:45 – 13:30
• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 17:00 – 04:00

• Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety guidelines
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
