Job description

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Manufacturing Operatives in Lincoln. This role is on a temp to perm basis, with an immediate start.

Hours depend on the department's shift pattern. They will be one of the following:

  • Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm/ 3pm - 10pm (rotational)
  • Monday to Thursday 6am - 3:30pm

Pay rates:

£13.80 per hour

The Role:

This is a busy, fast-paced role and you will be required to work closely with the other members of our production team, supporting them to maintain high standards. Every product that our client produces must meet rigorous quality controls, so good attention to detail is imperative. Full training will be provided as part of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operating and cleaning assembly and production machinery and also hand-held tools
  • Informing Supervisors of faulty machinery or production issues
  • Monitoring a production or assembly line and conducting basic testing and quality checks
  • Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations when operating machinery and handling products
  • Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous material
  • Adhering to operational procedures and production timelines
