Safran Nacelles Burnley is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead a key manufacturing area, delivering world-class operational performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, people and inventory. You will drive Lean initiatives, champion a Right First Time culture, and oversee resource planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations to meet delivery targets.
• Strong background in Lean and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach and develop teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve customer delivery targets.
• Drive performance across SQCDPI metrics.
• Lead daily QRQC reviews and operational routines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans to safeguard production output.
• Lead, coach and develop manufacturing teams to maximise performance and engagement.
• Manage budgets and resources while monitoring productivity, yield, scrap and inventory.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency programmes.
• Support capital investment planning and equipment improvement initiatives.
