Job summary

Listgrove Ltd, plastics manufacturer based in West Lothian, seeks an operations leader to join the senior team and drive a structured, KPI-driven manufacturing model aligned with business objectives.

You will lead Operational Excellence initiatives, implement lean practices, and translate performance into financial terms for the leadership team and investors, while ensuring safety and quality compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Proven Lean manufacturing implementation and cultural change in plastics business.
• Experience maintaining quality and compliance systems (ISO 9001 minimum) and leading external audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy and operational plan aligned with business objectives.
• Provide leadership to deliver Operational Excellence and KPI-driven performance.
• Own the manufacturing agenda and translate performance into financial terms for SLT/investors.
• Lead the production team and drive improvements in waste, capacity and efficiency.
• Establish and manage budgets and a structured review cadence.
• Ensure safety, quality, environment standards and audits are passed.
