Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Confident working directly with operators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand MES platform workings and guide operators.

• Provide customer updates on progress.
• Support structured rollout in production areas.
• Solve problems independently and maintain workflow.
