Job summary

Brightsmith is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to help transform prototype hardware into reliable, scalable products. You will focus on improving designs for production, solving build challenges, and establishing processes for commercial-scale manufacturing.

You will work across engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams to implement DfM and DFA, define tolerances and quality criteria, and develop manufacturing documentation to support scale-up as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
