Job description

Job Role: Manufacturing Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: 50,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer in Nottingham, who are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for all manufacturing and the manufacturing team (3 direct and 40+ indirect reports)
• Work closely with the MD and the wider management team to develop and implement strategies
• Support and drive continuous improvement activities
• Create and meet daily, weekly and monthly production plans
• Provide coaching, support and training to the manufacturing team
• Identify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasks
• Focus on customer needs and satisfaction
• Support customer visits and actively promote the business both internally and externally
• Provide and deliver clear and concise reporting to relevant stakeholders of manufacturing progress

Job Requirements:

• Manufacturing Manager experience
• Digital Printing/Engraving background
• Keen eye for data analysis and production planning
• High volume, low value product experience
• Knowledge of Manufacturing IT systems

Salary & Shift:

• 50,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
