Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch product quality and timely deliveries?

We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to spearhead all production operations, from planning to quality assurance, in close collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• **Production Oversight:** Manage the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
• **Team Management:** Lead and develop manufacturing and stores personnel.
• **Planning & Scheduling:** Create and monitor production plans.
• **Performance Monitoring:** Track KPIs to ensure efficiency and on-time deliveries.
• **Lean & Continuous Improvement:** Drive efficiency and implement lean methodologies.
• **Stock & Inventory Control:** Oversee stock accuracy and inventory management.
• **Communication:** Collaborate with sales and purchasing to meet customer demands.
• **Systems & Reporting:** Utilize Sage/Tarquin for planning and reporting.
• **Quality Management:** Uphold ISO 9001 standards and promote a quality-first culture.
• **Health & Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• **Special Projects:** Manage bespoke production and factory enhancements.
