We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our client's manufacturing facility. Your role will encompass all aspects of production, aiming to drive operational efficiency and lead your team to deliver consistent, high-quality output.

As Manufacturing Manager you will be:

• Overseeing daily manufacturing operations
• Implementing manufacturing schedule/programme, reviewing and adjusting the schedule where needed to meet project delivery dates
• Leading the production team, ensuring clear communication, training and performance, and day-to-day scheduling of working hours
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, company safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized factory environment
• Managing and maintaining ISO standards, ensuring compliance with ISO and industry-specific accreditations
• Working closely with other divisions
• Managing the overall facility, including building services, utilities, and site maintenance

Are you:

• Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager (or similar) with proven experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
• Able to demonstrate your experience of managing and leading a manufacturing team
• Knowledgeable and experienced in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques, able to produce and manage production programmes
• Able to demonstrate your knowledge of panelised systems and read technical drawings
• Familiar with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
• Excellent at planning and organization
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain good communication with both staff, internal colleagues, and external suppliers
