MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an innovative company at the cutting edge of Engineering technology, as they look to appoint a Manufacturing Manager at their state-of-the-art facility in Belfast. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. This role is responsible for managing production schedules, supervising staff, improving productivity, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

You will:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production goals.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage, train, and support manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimise processes and reduce waste.
  • Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
