Morgan Jones is recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations at the Ashford site. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency, develop high-performing teams and deliver against production targets.

In this permanent role you will oversee lean initiatives, budgets and KPIs, collaborate with engineering, maintenance and supply chain, and champion continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Significant manufacturing management experience within a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage, coach and develop production teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including productivity, quality, OEE and cost performance.
• Manage operational budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce downtime.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving operational performance, improving efficiencies and developing a culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
