Metro Services is looking to hire a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for a company in Dartmouth, MA. This is a direct hire position. Apply Now!

Duties for this position include:

• Implement and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for injection molding presses, tools, robots, and automated equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activities for specialized machinery, including sewing, cutting, and embroidery machines
• Oversee utilities maintenance, including compressors and water chillers
• Document maintenance procedures and equipment specifications
• Respond to emergency repair situations and coordinate technician activities

Facility and Equipment Support:

• Serve as technical point of contact for facility infrastructure, including building systems, access controls, and utility services
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for routine repairs and maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
• Ensure proper inventory of maintenance parts and supplies
• Follow and enforce safety standards and regulations

Operational Technology Support:

• Provide technical support for programs, HMI systems, and automated equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and control systems
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technology
• Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical service and support
• Maintain documentation for operational technology systems

Compensation (USD): $80,000/year depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Requirements:
