Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within logistics, warehousing or operational environments.
• Passion for leading, coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
• Thrives in customer‑facing roles and builds strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience driving operational performance, service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Commercially aware with ability to manage budgets and costs.
• Lead with safety, compliance and efficient ways of working.
• Able to complete required pre‑employment screening and security clearance.
