Do you have experience dealing with rigorous product manufacturing and logistics coordination for FMCG beauty tools and lifestyle goods?

About You:

You must have strong experience managing complex product manufacturing businesses from concept to delivery. You should be highly experienced in product manufacturing and dealing with export/import logistics, freight companies, and import/export procedures.

Role Brief:

• Support our pre-production management team to oversee all manufacturing stages from start to delivery.
• Liaise with production teams in the Far East to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure manufacturing aligns with customer specifications and pre-production requirements.
• Advise on compliance requirements at the pre-production stage.
• Verify that products meet compliance and quality standards.
• Work with third-party inspectors to verify adherence to standards.
• Obtain pricing from production and logistics teams and calculate customer pricing, requiring advanced Excel skills.
• Manage project information using our CRM and project management tools.
• Conduct pre-checks with suppliers regarding stock, payment terms, and lead times.
• Handle import clearance and delivery bookings.
• Perform final shipment checks and inbound management.
