Are you a project management whizz seeking an exciting new role in a young start-up? Do you have experience working within a fast-paced production environment?

Do you have experience dealing with rigorous product manufacturing and logistics coordination for FMCG beauty tools and lifestyle goods?

About You:

You must have strong experience managing complex product manufacturing businesses from concept to delivery. You should be highly experienced in product manufacturing, dealing with export/import logistics, freight companies, and import/export procedures.

Our ideal candidate is ambitious, energetic, self-starting, and highly organized. Whether managing spreadsheets, booking appointments, or communicating with our global team, you should be comfortable wearing many hats, remaining calm under pressure, and using your initiative to drive processes forward.

A natural interest in beauty and fashion merchandising is desirable, along with a keen eye for the latest luxury beauty and lifestyle trends.

Role Brief:

• Supporting pre-production management to oversee all manufacturing stages from start to delivery.
• Liaising with production teams in the Far East to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensuring manufacturing aligns with customer specifications and pre-production requirements.
• Advising on compliance requirements at pre-production.
• Verifying products meet quality and compliance standards, working with third-party inspectors.
• Obtaining pricing and calculating costs using advanced Excel skills.
• Managing CRM and project management tools for real-time updates.
• Conducting pre-checks with suppliers regarding stock, payment terms, and lead times.
• Handling import clearance and delivery bookings.
• Performing final shipment checks and inbound management.
