As a Line Leader in our Production team, you will oversee a specific area of our operations, driving team standards to ensure consistent delivery. You will provide tools and training to help colleagues understand key working methods and site processes.
Listening to colleagues is crucial; you will act to resolve issues and enhance processes where possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams, you will aim to implement improvements that streamline our work.
