What You’ll Be Doing

Leading with Care

  • Be a hands-on, visible leader who nurtures a culture of kindness, respect, and teamwork.
  • Look out for your team, creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Develop and mentor your team, helping them grow and reach their full potential.
  • Champion safety and well-being, ensuring a happy and secure workplace for all.
  • Work alongside the Head Chef, Production Manager, Engineering Manager and Technical Lead to create food we’re proud of – made with the same care as home cooking.
  • Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain the highest standards.
  • Ensure every dish is something we’d love to serve at our own table by engaging with the Taste Panel.
