Specsavers is seeking a Production Manager for our Kidderminster glazing facility. You will lead a critical manufacturing operation, ensuring we meet customer demand while balancing safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.

You will develop a multi-skilled team, optimise processes across the plant, and work with cross-functional colleagues to improve performance and capacity while maintaining a strong focus on service.
