Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Please note: due to the location of our Client, you must have your own transport – car/motorbike.

As a Manufacturing Lead & Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of production operators as well as the day-to-day supervision of production processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who has previously worked in a factory, production or repacking environment, looking for long-term employment and career progression.

The role includes but isn’t limited to the following:

• Supervision of Production Operators
• Supervision of production processes
• Performing bottle filling / repacking duties
• Understanding and completing production documentation, ensuring production instructions are accurately followed
• Training and supporting production operators in production processes
• Forklift Counterbalance experience & current licence would be desirable
• Assisting the Production Manager
• Assuming the responsibilities of the production manager in their absence to ensure continuity of work quality, H&S standards and leadership.
• Assisting with general day-to-day business activities.
