Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Programme Launch Manager to lead and coordinate manufacturing activities for Pre-Series phases. You will act as the manufacturing voice in programme governance and drive readiness across multiple teams.

The role requires strong project management, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, complex programmes. Office visits to Bicester and Woking are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading cross-functional manufacturing programmes.
• Strong governance and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the current project from concept through launch across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional core teams to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Track function targets and report weekly status to senior leadership.
• Represent manufacturing in programme governance forums.
• Prepare function content and centralized reporting for line director.
