Job description

As a Manufacturing Key Operative - RTITB Instructor, you will ensure that our drivers are competent and safe to perform their roles within the warehouse and production team, contributing to the delivery of quality products to our customers.

Your responsibilities include training, refreshing, and testing colleagues across the site on counter-balance, reach trucks, and electric pallet trucks. You may also be asked to support other sites and stores as needed. Additionally, you will assist the management team in determining training requirements, scheduling sessions, and handling medical forms and compliance paperwork.

• Have good verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer and IT skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment
