Manufacturing Information Technology Support Lead

Location: Onsite

We have partnered with a leading manufacturing customer in their search for an Information Technology Support Lead. This role requires an individual with extensive technical knowledge, a proactive approach, and leadership qualities. It could be suitable for someone with previous management experience or someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Role responsibilities and skills:

• Manage the factory IT support teams daily operations
• Provide technical support and mentorship to IT team members
• Set and implement strategic direction for IT services and infrastructure
• Manage operation and maintenance of all corporate computer systems across multiple locations
• Deliver reliable IT services for factory operations
• Support the deployment of new systems and applications, coordinating with external partners and internal departments
• Ensure systems comply with industry standards and licensing
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Active Directory, Azure, InTune, Teams
• Manage network configuration: LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Wi-Fi
• Maintain network cybersecurity, mitigate risks, manage SOC provider, and implement security measures in OT environment
• Understand virtual environments such as VMWare
• Manage company data, backups, and off-site storage
• Maintain standards like TISAX accreditation for information security
• Knowledge of MS SQL management and clustering
• Hands-on experience with PCs, laptops, and peripherals
