An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Manufacturing Function for a Manufacturing Improvements Manager to join our team on the Raynesway site, Derby. The purpose of this role is to drive improvement, governance, and support to our Manufacturing Facilities and DBUs (Delivery Business Units), to meet operational goals and increase operational performance. You will be part of the team setting and delivering the manufacturing strategy across Rolls-Royce Submarines and will introduce and embed digital metrics in line with the Rolls-Royce Production System.
