Job Title: Manufacturing Improvement Manager - Performance & Improvement, Submarines
Working Pattern: Full time
Location: Chesterfield, UK
This role involves driving improvement, governance, and support to manufacturing facilities and delivery business units to meet operational goals and enhance performance. You will help set and deliver manufacturing strategies and embed digital metrics aligned with Rolls-Royce Production System principles.
