Job summary

Nter Talent is seeking a Project Manager in the Liverpool area to lead customer implementations for manufacturing clients, guiding them from contract handover to go-live and adoption. The role works with internal technical specialists, focusing on operational change rather than purely technical deployment, and requires strong stakeholder skills and a willingness to travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering structured projects within live manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels from shop floor to leadership.
• Excellent organisational skills managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
• Run onboarding and discovery sessions to capture requirements.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and communications.
• Act as primary customer contact, build relationships and manage expectations.
• Coordinate deployments with internal technical and field teams.
• Lead governance meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support customers with training and change management.
• Apply manufacturing knowledge to tailor implementations.
• Ensure projects are validated and transitioned to BAU.
